If you’re doing everything right and still not improving, there may be a biological reason.
• Four-dimension framework • Laboratory-guided • Measured across 60 days •
Establish your inflammatory baseline.
Align interventions to measurable biology.
Reassess at Day 30 and Day 60 to understand what changed.
Your biology is changing every day. EXOPYR® measures what matters — even when you can’t feel it. The EXOPYR Executive Precision Map transforms those invisible biological changes into measurable clinical insights, allowing your EXOPYR physician to guide decisions with objective data rather than assumptions.
Quantifiable confidence. A clear direction. A baseline for long-term health.
A single measurement tells you where your biology is today. A second reveals what changed. Repeated measurement begins to reveal something more valuable – where your biology is going. EXOPYR calls this Biological Portfolio Management: measuring, interpreting, and managing inflammatory biology across time.
RESET
Did my biology respond?
MANAGE
Where is my biology going?
UNDERSTAND
How does my biology behave over time?
Extinguish Inflammation® 60 establishes the first measured interval. Biological Portfolio Management™ extends that perspective over time.
Neither should your care.
Interprets your biology. Not just your symptoms.
Turns laboratory findings into everyday lifestyle decisions.
Shows measurable progress over time.
Provides objective answers. Not assumptions.
Coordinates appointments, testing, and program logistics across the 60 days.
Not promises. Not testimonials. Just outcomes you’ll care about.
Most people think inflammation is one problem. It isn’t. It’s the interaction of multiple biological systems. That’s why EXOPYR evaluates your biology through a coordinated EXOPYR physician-guided framework instead of relying on a single test or symptom.
Why does it happen when routine labs are "normal"?
Why do some people recover while others stay exhausted?
What determines how quickly your body repairs itself?
Can measurable changes begin years before diagnosis?
How can nutritional and lifestyle interventions support the biological processes involved in recovery?
How do you know if your biology is actually improving?
Real confidence comes from measurable change.
Traditional care begins with disease. EXOPYR begins with biology.
EXOPYR was built specifically around the premise that inflammation should be evaluated and addressed as a coordinated system.
* The 2025 Nobel Prize recognized general immunology research on immune regulation, not research on EXOPYR. That research broadly supports a systems-based view of inflammation, the same premise behind EXOPYR’s framework, but it does not test, validate, or endorse this specific program.
Inflammation has already been measured for decades. The next advance isn’t measuring more inflammation. We believe it’s understanding how inflammation functions as a coordinated biological system. Everything we do begins with that belief.
After nearly three decades in the clinical field and approximately 70,000 treatments personally performed, Dr. Justin Mandel, DOM, began asking a question that shaped “EXOPYR: What if interventions produce different effects because inflammation involves several interconnected biological processes rather than one isolated pathway?”
Built on the observation that inflammation can exist simultaneously across different biological levels, and that those levels may respond differently to intervention. That observation led to a broader premise: Inflammation Is A System.
The New York Times examines chronic inflammation through an increasingly interconnected lens, spanning biological processes and multiple systems of the body.
Recognizing inflammation as interconnected is only the beginning. The next challenge is understanding how these biological processes interact, interpreting relevant clinical measurements, and coordinating interventions within a unified framework.
It Needs Coordination.
Modern medicine is exceptionally good at specialization. But inflammation does not necessarily respect specialty boundaries. The same person may have inflammatory biology reflected across metabolic, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, or other systems, while each is evaluated separately.
EXOPYR was built around a different architecture. EXOPYR physician oversight, biological measurement, nutrition, lifestyle, and longitudinal reassessment are coordinated around one objective: understanding whether inflammatory biology is actually changing.
How progress is measured.
The Initial Private Clinical Evaluation is approximately 90 minutes and is intentionally designed to be thorough rather than rushed. During this one-on-one telehealth appointment, your EXOPYR physician reviews your medical history, current health concerns, medications, lifestyle factors, relevant previous laboratory results when available, and health goals. This information is combined with your laboratory findings to determine whether the Extinguish Inflammation® 60 is appropriate for you and to establish the foundation for personalized clinical recommendations.
The $2,000 Initial Private Clinical Evaluation includes your EXOPYR physician consultation, comprehensive laboratory testing, mobile phlebotomy at your home or office (available in most areas), laboratory analysis, and interpretation of your clinical findings.
Final candidacy is determined through the Initial Private Clinical Evaluation. Your EXOPYR physician reviews your health history, current health concerns, and laboratory findings together to determine whether the Extinguish Inflammation® 60 is an appropriate and safe fit for you. This ensures that any recommendation is based on your individual clinical picture rather than a generic intake questionnaire.
If your EXOPYR physician determines that the Extinguish Inflammation® 60 is not appropriate for you, you will still receive your laboratory results and a clinical summary of the evaluation. Where appropriate, your physician may also discuss alternative next steps based on your individual findings.
Laboratory testing is included as part of the Initial Private Clinical Evaluation. A licensed mobile phlebotomist collects your blood samples at your home or office (available in most areas), and the specimens are sent to the laboratory for analysis. The cost of laboratory testing and mobile blood collection is included in the evaluation fee and is not billed through insurance.
Yes. The EXOPYR clinical process is designed to be completed remotely. EXOPYR Physician consultations are conducted through secure telehealth, blood samples can be collected at your home or office through mobile phlebotomy (available in most areas), and specimens are sent to the laboratory for analysis. This allows you to complete the Extinguish Inflammation® 60 from home while receiving physician-directed care.
EXOPYR works with M.D. and D.O. physicians who are authorized to provide medical care in the state where each client is located and who have training in functional medicine and the EXOPYR clinical framework.
EXOPYR’s inaugural clinical cohort is beginning in Florida, where the company is based. As interest grows, we plan to expand our physician network into additional states. Availability in each state will depend on having an EXOPYR network physician who is authorized to provide medical care to clients located in that state.
Response is assessed through selected laboratory measurements at baseline, at Day 30, and at Day 60, together with reported symptoms and experience during the program. These measurements help the clinical team assess what changed and whether the plan should be adjusted. Individual results will vary.
Rather than interpreting each biomarker in isolation, your EXOPYR physician evaluates how your biomarkers relate to one another to identify meaningful patterns in your inflammatory profile. Those findings are then considered alongside your health history, symptoms, and other clinical information using the EXOPYR clinical framework to help determine the most appropriate intervention strategy for you.
